The Review 📚 Wundersmith: The Calling of Morrigan Crow
✨ The Title/Cover Draw:
- This is the second book in the nevermoor series. These books are chunky but really fast reads!
💜 What I liked:
- So many twists! Exciting quests and an educational setting. This book is super enjoyable. Morrigan learns more about her powers, but it’s very taboo. She has to protect herself and her classmates.
😱 What I didn’t like:
- There is a lot of filler through this book. It might be (dare I say) too large?
🚦 My face at the end: 😻
💭 5 Reasons to Read:
- 1. Immersive book series
- 2. Magic
- 3. School Community
- 4. Vulnerable characters
- 5. Smart twists
🕧 Mini-Summary:
- Morrigan is accepted into an elite academy. The problem is she must keep her status a secret or risk not only herself, but the rest of her class.
All thoughts and opinions are my own.
