Melatonin All Natural Sleep Aid Review

My husband takes melatonin for his insomnia. He can’t be out in the sun a lot because he gets overheated. Usually he takes pills and sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t.

This really works. In fact sometimes I think it works too well. I would have to recommend that if you use this, make sure to use it right when you go to bed at a decent hour or else you will be very groggy the next day. For example my husband took some at about 1am and was falling asleep all the next day. Definitely use it around 9-10pm the previous evening.

Melatonin is an element that the body makes naturally when it is in the sun. Like Vitamin D, the body produces and uses it as part of the natural processes. When it gets dark, melatonin tells your body it is time to go to sleep. If your body does not produce enough, then taking it as a pill is a good alternative.

All in all I have to say that this product works and it to try it if you are having trouble sleeping. My only complaint is that it is a large bottle for only containing 50 tablets, a bottle half the size would do. Also when I opened the bottle there was a lot of powder. But the product works.
