✨ The Title/Cover Draw:
- I originally DNF’s this book. But I kept hearing more and more good things, so I decided to retry it.
💜 What I liked:
- The writing was smart. Also there were so many things I wasn’t expecting and so many reasons to love Finlay. She is resourceful and somehow things turn out ok for her, even when in the moment it seems chaotic. And that epilogue! SO EXCITED for the next one coming out.
😱 What I didn’t like:
- I knocked it down half a star for the original DNF and for some relationship situations I wanted more of (including more chemistry).

Finlay Donovan is killing it . . . except, she’s really not.
